Stew Leonard's Puts Deli Kiosks In Its Yonkers, NY Store

Stew’s unique shopping experience enhanced with deli kiosks from ADUSA, Inc.

Lombard, Ill. (January 18, 2008) – ADUSA, Inc. today announced that Stew Leonard’s has deployed its S4G™ Deli self-service kiosk solution in its Yonkers store. “We are extremely pleased to be working with Stew Leonard’s. They are widely respected as one of the top retail operators in the grocery industry, and they are very focused on customer service and the unique shopping experience they provide their customers. It really is a thrill for us to have our kiosks in their stores and we expect the deli self-ordering concept to be very successful in this environment.” said Juan C. Perez, president of ADUSA, Inc.

The kiosks will enable customers to self-order the full range of items available at the service deli including meats, cheeses, party trays, and eventually sandwiches. Deli kiosks make it more convenient for customers to do their shopping and reduce, or completely eliminate, the time that a customer has to spend waiting in line. ADUSA’s system is an easily scalable and proven solution that works as effectively for small retail chains as it does for large ones.

“At Stew Leonard’s, we are always looking for ways to enhance the customer shopping experience. Since we never met a customer who liked to wait in line, ADUSA’s deli kiosk is a great option for customers to use to place their order at the deli, since it is both efficient and easy to use,” said Tom Arthur, president of Stew Leonard’s Yonkers store.

ADUSA is again teaming up with business partners IBM and Olea, who will provide the kiosk hardware, kiosk stand, and peripherals.
