HistoryADUSA, Inc. was formed in 1995 by a group of dedicated professionals with the central objective of providing industry leading, yet cost effective, consulting services to retailers in multiple verticals. Since its early days, the company exhibited the ability to quickly adapt and meet new industry challenges that enabled it to deliver the optimal combination of solutions to its clients.
In 2000, ADUSA identified consumer self-service as playing an important role in the future of retail. In response to this the company began developing self-service software systems and pioneering many of the technologies and methods that are now common in these systems. Along the way, ADUSA also developed relationships with major kiosk hardware manufacturers that helped it ensure that its systems would be deployed on the most robust hardware and equipment available.
Today, the company is a leading provider of self-service solutions to a growing number of retailers in the Supermarket, Convenience Store, and Foodservice industries. Over the years, ADUSA has continually improved its development, deployment, and support processes with the objective of providing retailers with solutions that are functionally effective and always available for their customers to use.
The company has its headquarters and self-service lab facilities in the Chicago suburb of Lombard. |
